A personal note

Why I practice the way I do

Dr. Yogita is a board-certified gynecologist and obstetrician practising in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. Over 15 years and more than 12,000 patient consultations, she has built a practice shaped by a single belief: that a woman deserves care that is both medically excellent and deeply human.

Trained at one of Nepal's premier teaching hospitals and affiliated with Grande International Hospital, she manages everything from routine antenatal care to high-risk pregnancies, and from adolescent gynaecological concerns to menopause. Her door is always open to questions — no question is 'too silly' when it is about your body.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Yogita writes to make women's health understandable. Her articles on pregnancy, PCOS and period health have been read by women across Nepal, because she explains medicine the way she explains it to family — plainly, honestly and without jargon.

Mission

To provide women-centred, evidence-based gynaecological and obstetric care with warmth, transparency and zero judgment — so every woman feels heard, safe and in control of her health.

Vision

A world where every woman understands her body, has access to a trusted specialist, and never hesitates to ask for help. Dr. Yogita works toward this through clinical care, public education and advocacy.
